A look back at September...

As of this morning, Davis weighs 13 pounds, 10 ounces!  He's getting so big!  September was a really fun month for us... Davis started to love having "conversations" with us (using just his vowels, of course!) and interacting with us with little games.  Such a fun stage!  Here are some pictures from this month:

This month, I've been sleeping 7-8 hours at night...
which makes mommy & daddy very happy!

I take my baths now with no fussing!
I even like to play in the water and splash with my feet.  :)

I went to the Greek Festival.  Mmm!

I'm working hard on my head control... such hard work!

It's easier for me when I'm on my Bummzie pillow.  :)

I got to go to my first soccer game! 

And I took a road trip to visit Aunt Eliza!

I love Chapel Hill already.  :)

Last week, I had my first play group! 

So many new friends to get to know!

And I took my first bottle.  Not gonna lie, I wasn't a fan at first.

This new toy from the Johnsons is my favorite!!
I love to bounce and make the music start!

And mommy took me to the nursery last week during MOPS for the first time!

And I got to go back to the nursery on Sunday.
I did a great job but mommy & daddy missed me!

And I had my quarter birthday!  I'm 3 months old!

Today Davis turned 3 months old... so it's his quarter birthday!  :)

Davis, Welcome to Chapel Hill!

Last weekend, my parents and I took Davis to Chapel Hill for the first time so we could see Aunt Eliza.  It was a beautiful day, perfect for walking around campus!  Mom, Eliza & I also went to the UNC vs. ECU football game, which was a lot of fun.  :)  And we won, which is always nice!

Davis's New Signs!

Davis recently got 2 new signs from Lauren and Melissa... and we love them!  

Lauren made this "D is for Davis" sign!

It's perfect for his bedroom door.  :)

A look back at August...

Davis went to the pediatrician yesterday and he grew a lot in August.  As of August 31, he is 11 pounds, 9 ounces and 23 3/4 inches long!  He's in the 50th percentile for weight & the 75th percentile for height.  I can't believe how quickly he's growing & learning new things!  Here are some pictures from this past month with Mister Davis Jamison... :)

At the beginning of August, I got to go to the beach!

Then I had to say goodbye to Aaron & Stacy as they head back to East Asia.

But I was very sad about this!!  I loved having them here to play with me!

I get to hang out with my grandparents when mommy & daddy go on dates.

Mommy stays at home with me now & we're both very glad!

And being outside is my favorite... I'm going to be an outdoorsman. 

And I turned 2 months old!  So big!

It's been a great summer.  :)
