Living Room Updates...

I haven't had much time to do any house projects since my Little Munchkin was born, but I've been itching to make some changes! My poor little living room kind of got neglected and I'd been dying to add some warmth to it. So I {finally} got a rug and some curtains for it and I like it much better! 

This was the living room before.  Not terrible, but dull.

But I found these curtains and I loved the pattern & color!

So I got my sweet hubby to hang them for me.  :)

There they are!

And Leann gave us this rug and I love it!
I love that it ties the blues & creams & browns of the room together.

Voila! I like this a lot better.  :)

We finally moved into our house on July 29 and then it took about a week to get all the boxes unpacked & everything hung on the wall where it belongs.  Here are a few pictures of each of the rooms when we first bought the house & how they look now after 2 months of hard work.   :)  It's so nice to finally be living here & enjoying our home together!!

The coolest part about this house-buying and house-renovating process was that Aaron & I were amazed over-and-over at how God orchestrated the timing & the financing of this house perfectly and how we could see God's fingerprints all over this process!  I am also so grateful to my husband for all the hard work he put into our house this summer!!!   Thanks Aaron.  :)  I am so blessed.
